A thermostatic mixer ensures constant water temperature and volume throughout its entire service life. Even when your loved ones flush the toilet while you are showering. You won’t suffer any unpleasant cold shocks or any scalding. You also save valuable water and energy in comparison with single lever taps through the preset temperature on thermostatic mixers.
our preferred blend of hot and cold water is configured in a thermostatic mixer. If the pressure or temperature in the cold or hot water pipe changes, the thermostatic mixer automatically adjusts the mix. If the flow of cold water stops completely, you are still protected from any scalding as the thermostatic valve shuts off the supply immediately.
Exposed & Concealed Installation
If you opt for the exposed installation version, you can use your existing water connections: simply install the thermostatic bath mixer securely on the wall. Select the water source that you need conveniently, at the touch of a button, or use the bath filler and hand shower simultaneously. Scratch-proof surfaces made of mirrored chrome or elegant white/chrome will make this thermostatic bath mixer an eye-catching feature in your bathroom.
On the concealed installation variant, the technology disappears behind the wall without a trace, and everything looks neat and uncluttered. A huge asset for you: the hansgrohe iBox universal concealed installation system, tried and tested since 2001. This makes installation easy. The iBox is installed in the wall and opens up lots of connection options. So even just prior to completion, you can decide which design is right for your bathroom, or retrofit or upgrade whenever you want.

Whereas thermostatic bath mixers usually feature a built-in bath filler; on the exposed installation versions, this is an integral component. We also offer concealed installation solutions which are suitable for showers and bath tubs. Here, the only difference is the controlled water source. The particular advantage of this version: all our separate bath fillers are suitable for selection, so you can decide for yourself which kind of combination you would like.
